White Water partners for the premiere of legendary Hristo Stoichkov’s new children’s book

One of the leading principles of White Water is to support local sporting talent and encourage children’s sports. That is why it was an exceptional honor for our entire team to be a partner at the official premiere of the new children’s book by Bulgaria’s most successful footballer – “Stoichkov’s Story for Children” (Softpress Publishing). The event took place on September 25 at the Vasil Levski National Stadium, and we provided water for all the guests.

Young football hopefuls were able to meet Hristo Stoichkov, take photos with him, and get an autograph. Between signings, they also exchanged a few words to serve as inspiration and courage for when the road to the top becomes more difficult.

The book from Softpress Publishing, featuring poems by Lyubomir Nikolov and illustrations by Kiril Tanev and Neda Malcheva, tells the story of the path to success and the triumphant moments of “The Dagger.”

Before devoting his full attention to the players from the youth academies, Stoichkov spoke about how important it is for a young talent to have people by their side who believe in them, but also to believe in their own abilities and not forget that dreams come true through persistence, tenacity, and hard work. Stoichkov stated that he is fully convinced of the future success of Bulgarian football and that one day another Bulgarian footballer will lift the prestigious trophy high.

To conclude, Hristo Stoichkov congratulated some of the oldest football clubs in the country on their centenary anniversaries and wished luck to the young academy players who were heading out to play later that day.

I believe our football is alive because of you and these young heroes! Thank you to the management of the Vasil Levski National Stadium and my publishers, Softpress, who created the wonderful book ‘Stoichkov’s Story for Children’!”
